Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Drywall and Painting Contractor to contribute to our commitment to delivering high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in home remodeling, working on both new and older homes. The role involves basic framing, drywall installation/finishing, trim installation, and painting of completed work.

Responsibilities:

• Execute drywall installation and finishing with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform basic framing tasks as required for each project.
• Install trim and other finishing elements to enhance the overall appearance of completed projects.
• Paint finished surfaces to achieve a polished and professional result.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in drywall installation, finishing, and painting.
• Background in home remodeling with a focus on both new and older homes.
• Strong carpentry skills, including basic framing and trim installation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Punctual and reliable.

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Carpentry: 5 years (Preferred)
  Drywall: 3 years (Preferred)
• Residential painting: 1 year (Preferred)
